CSS have obtained the 'gold standard' of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation demonstrating that we are fully compliant with industry regulation and best practice. This Scheme is the most comprehensive audit of its kind, offering offical endorsement that we conduct our bsiness lawfully and ethically.
CSS achieved its Investors in People accreditation in 2004 and this was renewed for a further 3 years in 2007. This is a recognition of the value that CSS Places on its staff and that it is providing them with the right knowledge, skills and motivation to enable them to work effectively.
CSS was one of the first recruitment agencies to achieve the REC Equlity Assured accreditation. This demonstrates our commitment to providing the best available candidate for a job irrespective of age, disability, gender, religion or beliefs, race and ethnic origin and sexual orientation.

Gangmaster Licencing Authority
CSS were one of the first recruitment agencies to be awarded a licence by the GLA. The GLA wa established to curb the explotation of workers. It is now illegal to supply workers to the agricultural, horticultural, forestry, shellfish gathering and food processing and packaging sectors without a GLA licence.
CSS is also a member of The Association of Labour Providers (ALP) which is the trade association for organisations that provide and use temporary, contract and seasonal workers within the food, agricultural and other Gangmaster Licensing Authority sectors’
