It can sometimes be tricky to secure professionals that fit a particular role perfectly. Often sourcing can go on for months, especially when a role is very niche and specific skill sets are needed. We’ve been asked to step in on many occasions when this has been the case. With our passionate commitment to fulfilling clients’ needs, and our proven expertise in search and selection of candidates for professional roles across a diversity of industry sectors, we’re happy to say yes, we can help you.
Wherever you are based, nationally or internationally, distance is no barrier when it comes to filling your professional position, because of our longstanding experience in the professional sector, we are able to source suitable candidates for even the most niche positions. And we’ll make sure we have an in-depth understanding of those positions before we begin our search. That way we can be absolutely certain the candidates we present to you really do match up to the role and that the role will be well suited to their skills and aspirations too. So even if you have almost given up your search, or you feel the right person for the job simply doesn’t exist, talk to us. We have a proven track record in delivering on a promise.

One particular client in the construction sector did just that, moving internationally to a company in Canada. For six months he had been trying to fill a particular position, but had been unsuccessful in sourcing a suitable candidate. He turned to us and we took time to establish the precise requirements for the role, which was a very niche position within the geotechnical engineering sector.
We used search and selection methods to source candidates who were a perfect match for the role. Then, with the candidates here in the UK and the employer in Canada, we arranged interviews via Skype. One of the candidates ticked every box and, after a second interview, was offered the position.
Our work did not finish there: we liaised with both parties to arrange the necessary Visas and assisted every step of the way. The candidate was delighted to have found a long term, stable position that suited him perfectly, and the client was very pleased to have finally filled a position that had previously proved difficult due to a skills shortage in that sector.
