Course Description

This course is designed anyone working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled.  It is OfQual accredited and successful candidates will receive a Level 2 Food Safety certificate.  OfQual recommend that this qualification is refreshed at least every 3 years.
