When you work in such a technical environment, having someone on your side who speaks your language when it comes to recruitment and training is very refreshing, not to mention a major advantage. We also know the specific complexities you can face when it comes to getting the right workforce together, and we know how to deal with them.
Certain contracts call for very specific skill sets. There may be times when you are looking to fulfil roles demanding higher than average proficiency. Perhaps a project calls for tradespeople of the highest calibre. Maybe you need project engineers who you can rely on to be discreet because a contract is particularly sensitive or under wraps. Whatever the specification, it’s our job to make sure it’s met: perfectly. We have an extensive database of high quality candidates at all levels in the mechanical and engineering sector, all of whom we know well enough to recognise immediately whether they would suit a particular company or role. Combine this with our thorough understanding of the industry and you have a partner with the knowhow to meet your exacting needs.

150-strong workforce of the highest calibre supplied for London’s highest profile construction project: The Shard.
A major main contractor contracted to undertake mechanical and electrical fit-out of London’s Shard of glass project approached us for specialist recruitment advice. Their personnel needs were very specific.
50 electricians were required for a period of 8 months. A number of them had to be skilled to a higher than average level and of course due to the high profile nature of the project, only the highest calibre electricians would be considered suitable.
We worked very closely with the client, ensuring we thoroughly understood the specifics that the roles would encompass so that we could source and match precisely the right people.
And our job didn’t stop at 50 electricians: the client also needed plumbers and pipefitters. All in all we supplied a 150-strong workforce, tailored to exact specification.
