Ideal candidate placed in just weeks after four month blank for fresh produce company looking to fill role.
The sister company of a regular client had been trying to fill a particular role in the fresh produce sector for some four months when they were referred to us. We researched the role in great detail and within one week had a selection of suitable candidates lined up for interview.
One of them was invited to attend a second interview. However, on reflection he considered withdrawing his application as he felt he didn’t hold the level of experience required. Having obtained a thorough knowledge of his skills, we were certain they were transferable to this position, so we discussed all of this with the candidate and he eventually decided to proceed with the second interview. The position was offered and he accepted.
