Accounts Administrator
Our client is one of the leading family-owned plant businesses in Europe. Due to their continuous growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Part-Time Accounts Administrator at their Wisbech site, to start as soon as possible.
Working Hours
27.5 hours per week, 5 days a week, 9am – 3pm, Monday – Friday
Salary
Competitive salary offered, depending on experience
This is a permanent role, offering an exciting opportunity to join a small and friendly unit.
Duties To Include
Chase overdue payments by phone and email
Issuing customer invoices and proforma invoices
Changing customer payment terms and updating customer information
Releasing proforma orders once paid
Taking credit card payments and allocate on Sage
Print invoices from PAT on a daily/weekly basis depending on season
Issue monthly statements
Download payments from bank and allocate into Sage
Process credit notes
Upload payments into bank ready for authorisation
PAT invoice report (weekly)
Updating payments on account with new proforma payments
Checking invoices on the Payments on Account S/S have been raised on Sage
Process company credit card transactions
