We are currently assisting our client who is a leading manufacturer and distributor, due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ an Accounts & Admin Assistant for their Stoke Ferry site.
Monday – Friday, either 8:30am – 5pm or 9am – 5:30pm
Up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
Duties To Include
Purchase ledger processing, including supplier invoice checks & input, weekly payment processing, supplier statement reconciliations, assisting with & resolving supplier queries
Daily stock receipt & transfer processing
Daily cash postings
Opening post and distributing to relevant team members
Assisting with payroll admin & month end preparations when required
Provide assistance and cover for the team
