Our client is a leading and well-established firm of accountants, due to their continued growth, and development they are seeking to employ an Accounts Payable Finance Administrator for their office in Kings Lynn.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful company who offer job training, coaching, mentoring and work closely with their staff to assist in development and progression.
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
£21,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience
Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
Process staff expenses and prepare overtime reports
Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
Finance administration as required and regular reporting to partners
Supporting the preparation of management accounts
