An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant to join a well-respected M&E Services Contractor based in Enfield, North London.
You will support with the delivery of the solar installations. Based within renewable operations, you will provide a key role maintaining documents and communications between suppliers, contractors and customers.
Duties To Include
Compiling documents required to deliver a solar installation
Creating jobs, purchase orders and subcontractor orders
Facilitating quotes from subcontractors including scaffolders and electricians
Confirming customer installation dates
Submitting applications to national grid
To deliver inbound and outbound communications
Provide accurate information to customers in accordance with policy and practice
Operate Response Centre technology and IT systems required by role, to achieve accuracy, efficiency and service delivery standards
You should have at least 1 years’ experience as an Administrator and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Excel. Competent keyboard skills with the ability to type at a speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Due to the location of the offices you will need to have your own transport.
£23,300 per annum
