Our client is a leading supplier and publisher of educational books located in Kings Lynn due to their increasing growth and development they are seeking to employ an Administration Office Assistant to start as soon as possible.
£18,525 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Duties will include Credit Control, answering delivery and collection queries with the courier company, preparation of orders and stock taking. Experience of working in an Administration or Finance Department is essential and knowledge of Sage would be advantageous.
It is essential that the ideal candidate must have a “can do” flexible attitude and willing to assist in various administration tasks, as and when required, due to work fluctuations within the department.You will be required to provide back up to various rolls and tasks in a small team due to either workload, holiday, or absence cover.The applicant will be trained in the companies procedures but must possess excellent computer and communication skills.
