Our client is a leading and well-established firm of accountants, due to their continued growth, and development they are seeking to employ an Administrative Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful company who offer job training, coaching, mentoring and work closely with their staff to assist in development and progression.
Working Hours
Monday – Thursday 8:45am – 5:30pm & Friday, 8:45am – 5pm
Duties To Include
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office & meeting room
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone & email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Maintain database, updating client information as required
Liaise with relevant organisations and clients
Logging & processing bills or expenses
Provide administrative support to the partners personal assistants
Deputise for the personal assistance during periods of absence
