We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing team based in Braintree.

Working alongside the Quality Manager, you'll support the development of the Quality department, manage customer complaints, maintain ISO quality systems, and drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Quality Assistant, Quality Coordinator or similar role

• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems

• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience

• Timber/joinery manufacturing experience preferred

• Hands-on approach (70% office / 30% factory)
