​An established Building Services Contractor company is looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and expand in the residential sector.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the MEP sector in order to grow their order books.

You should be an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Manager with background of securing new building services projects as well as having a healthy existing client base. You should have excellent construction industry knowledge and the drive and ambition to grow a new division.

Salary

£60,000 – £70,000 per annum, plus package
