We are recruiting for a leading mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractor, they are looking for a Contracts Account Manager to join their team.
Duties To Include
Control all aspects of selected client accounts including Hard FM, PPM, Small Works, Capital Project and Business Development
Carrying out site surveys for new PPM and small works contracts and projects, pricing the work. obtain quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors and issuing tender submissions to the client
The organisation and project management of the PPM & Small Works with administration back up
Identifying and exploiting business opportunities within the PPM and Small Works division
Review the daily return of engineer’s report sheets to ensure maximum efficiency of the operatives, and prompt resolution of any actions required
Manage the status reports of all their current jobs to clients
Arrange and attend regular client meetings to ensure client needs are met
Supervise site operatives, ensure safe working practices, carry out site audits and produce reports
Ensure the HSEQ objectives are always adhered to and clients are satisfied
Maintain relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors
Forge new relationships with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to expand the business
Obtain sales leads for future local PPM and small works projects
Maintain existing client relationships to ensure contract renewals
Requirements
Experience of within the PPM, Mechanical, Building Service industry with experience of energy centres, large commercial installations and district heating
Holding a current Full UK Driving License
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of project management approaches, budgeting and resource allocation procedures
Ability to write clear & precise reports. Simplify complex information to a diverse range of people
Capable of working under pressure with minimum supervision
Well organised with good time management skills
Salary
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
