Customer Service & Marketing Assistant
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier to multiple industries in the UK and Western Europe.Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Customer Services Representative and Marketing Assistant for their Roydon, Kings Lynn site.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary.
Customer Service
Be the first point of contact for customer orders, queries, and requests
Process customer orders and liaise with other internal departments to ascertain delivery timescales
Manage communications with the customer to ensure they are kept informed on the status of their order
Create delivery paperwork and customer invoices
File both electronic and hard copy documents
Effectively manage price changes as advised by the Sales team
Ensure customers details are kept up to date and contact details are correct
Credit control – chase payment (statements, letters, emails, calls) put orders on hold where necessary
Support the Sales team with the provision of customer reports & analysis
Complete checks on systems and processes to ensure accuracy of transactions
Marketing Assistant
Assist in organising events to be held on site – booking suppliers
Support local marketing drives – trade magazines & social media
Communicating with customers and external agencies
