Our client is a leading supplier and publisher of educational books located in Kings Lynn due to their increasing growth and development they are seeking to employ a Customer Services & Order Assistant to start as soon as possible.
Various Shifts Available
Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm
Monday – Friday, 9am - 3pm (30 hours per week – Norfolk Term Time only) with occasional days in the school holidays to cover staff holidays or absences however, as much notice will be provided
Duties To Include
To be a principal point of contact for customers wishing to place orders.
Catalogue portfolio and process catalogue enquires
To range sell across brands in order to develop order size
To liaise with customers on out of stock and delivery issues
To afford follow up call on all catalogue orders shipped to ensure service has been acceptable
To liaise with external agents on stock availability and order queries
To liaise with schools and agents to arrange mutually convenient appointments
Process catalogue orders
Re-invoicing for short packs and April invoicing for telesales/re-invoicing
Process overseas carriage quotes
Process Badger orders, returns, collections, out of stock
Process overseas carriage quotes.
Deal with customer telephone enquiries.
Processing telesales invoices for despatch including carrier labels.
Process daily figures
Run end of day manifest and push returns through
