We are currently recruiting for a leading and global manufacturing company, due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Customer Service Lead Representative to start as soon as possible for their site near Kings Lynn.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary.
Monday – Thursday | 8:30am – 5pm
Friday | 8:30am – 2:30pm
Duties To Include
Establish and implement customer service standards while supervising a customer service team
Dealing with most complex and valuables issues & resolving Customer issues
Aggregate customer issues and collate the most raised issues in order to create & develop improvements and response strategy
Identify, within the team, instances of non-compliance with the organisations policies and procedures, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate
Build effective working relationships within the internal client organisation
Develop own capabilities by maintaining an understanding of best practice
Use of performance management systems to improve the performance of the team
Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Build strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions
Frequently adjusts approach to ensure customer needs are met and to improve service
Plan and prioritise work effectively aligned with organisational goals
