A successful and established new build residential company are looking to recruit a Document Controller to work on a project either in West or South West London on a permanent basis.
Working as the Document Controller, you will be responsible for:
Issuing, managing and maintaining a wide range of important project documents, correspondence, drawings, models and schematics.
Assist the Project Teams and Consultants with guidance in revision numbering, title blocks, file format and review all documentations.
Gathering, processing and archiving as-built documentation
You should have previous experience working as a Document Controller, ideally within a new build residential background with knowledge and experience of using aconex as well as general MS Office programmes.
