​Our client is a leading supplier and publisher of educational books located in Kings Lynn due to their increasing growth and development they are seeking to employ a Finance Credit Control Supervisor to start as soon as possible.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Duties To Include

• Supervising the company credit control procedures and debt age

• Supervise a small team in answering customer queries

• Contacting customers with outstanding debts and send copy of invoices documentation as requested

• Supervise contacting courier company on daily basis to resolve queries on deliveries or collections

• Supervise the stores perpetual inventory process in liaison with Warehouse management, including weekly reconciliation report

• Control and report on non-cancelling stock adjustment on monthly basis

• Manage stock checks as and when required

• Have overall responsibility for supervising procedures for scanned goods

• Supervise processes for stock delivery

Salary

£22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
