​We are recruiting for a well-established Maintenance Contractor, who are looking for Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Dartford.

You will be working as part of their Quantity Surveying team, and you will be responsible for obtaining and evaluating cost information from each of their housing repairs contracts. You will be working to ensure a realistic cost for the supply of works, goods, materials and services is achieved. Repairs span the full spectrum of trades and include electrical repairs, carpentry, plumbing and much more. 

Requirements

• Have experience within a housing maintenance environment

• Strong Microsoft Office packages experience

• Great communication skills

• Ability to build excellent relationships with both clients and sub-contractors

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday

• 8am – 5pm

This is a full time permanent position.

Salary

Negotiable, depending on experience
