​We are recruiting for a long-established family run horticultural business based just outside of Kings Lynn.

Due to their continued success and development, they are seeking to employ a Horticultural Nursery Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their friendly and experienced team.

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday | 7:30am – 4pm

• Friday | 7:30am – 3pm

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Comply with general nursery duties as required

• Responsible for managing a small team of individuals on a daily basis to ensure that duties are completed to a high standard

• Accurately and routinely manage stock control

• Monitor plant quality

• Completion of timesheets

• Unload and load deliveries

• Ensure health & safety requirements are complied with

Salary

Competitive salary offered, depending on experience

 A forklift licence and PA1 & PA6 PesticideTraining would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

Own transport is required due to our rural location and minimal public transport.
