​A brand new and varied HR Manager role has arisen for an expanding logistics company being based out of their head office in Halstead with travel required throughout their warehouses in North Essex.

As the HR Manager you will be responsible for all HR & payroll queries, managing the end to end recruitment process include assisting with interviews, producing job offers, pre-employment checks as well as managing the onboarding process. Dealing with general HR tasks including managing maternity, paternity, holiday, sick leave and other absences as well as supporting disciplinary and grievance meetings. You will also undertake the monthly payroll of 30+ staff.

You should have experience within a similar role with experience of general HR duties, recruitment and payroll.

Travel to other warehouses will be done via the use of a pool car and therefore a full UK driving licence will be required.

Salary

£30,000 – £35,000 per annum
