​Our client is a leading manufacturing and distribution company based in Kings Lynn, due to their continued success, growth and development they are seeking to employ a HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality & Environment) Advisor to start as soon as possible.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm

Salary

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

Duties To Include

• Initiate and implement the company’s health and safety, environmental & quality policy to prevent injury & ill health, damage to the environment & maintain the quality of products

• Know the statutory requirements affecting the company’s operations

• Promote all the company policy’s and ensure they are brought to the attention of all employees

• Ensure that regular safety & process audits are undertaken with feedback provided to the Senior Management Team

• Ensure identified actions from previous reports have been suitably closed out by identified timescales

• Support managers in undertaking accident investigations and compiling suitable closeout reports in a timely manner

• Ensure that all site operatives and sub-contractors are provided with a suitable induction, Information, instruction training and supervision
