​​Our client is a global market leader of Fresh and Frozen produce, due to their increasing demand, growth, and development they are seeking to employ a Multi-Skilled Engineer for their site in Boston.

Shifts

06:00 – 18:00 or 18:00 - 06:00 on a 3-2-2 rotation

Duties To Include

• To support the processing & packing operations by responding effectively to equipment breakdowns and carrying out scheduled maintenance work

• To fault find in an effective and efficient manner whilst utilising the various machines historic and information documentation

• To establish harmonious relations with the operational staff and to work flexibly with them

• Ensure that machinery is maintained, and repaired to a high standard

• Pro-active in the reduction of engineering downtime and continuous improvement of the process and the department

• Carry out ad hoc engineering project work

• Other relevant ad hoc duties as required from time to time

Salary

£44,600 per annum
