​We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative / Multi Trader to provide reactive and planned maintenance as part of the NHS Maintenance and repairs team.

You will work in a 'multi-trade' role providing repairs on a reactive basis with a particular emphasis on plumbing works. In addition to reactive repairs, there will also be some planned maintenance activities such as planned upgrade works, refurbishment as part of ongoing efforts to ensure a safe environment for service users.

Skills Required

• Carpentry & joinery

• Plumbing

• Changing taps

• Plumbing waste pipes

• Changing tap valves, shower valves

• Changing of light fixtures & light bulbs

• Replacing door handles and locks

• General wear and tear maintenance, including filling of holes, retouching & light plastering

£30,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
