Our client an M & E maintenance contractor is looking for a multi skilled tradesperson to join their friendly team covering London and the surrounding areas on permanent basis. You will be working on occupied and void properties working from snagging reports which will include painting, boxing in, brickwork repairs, plastering repairs, general making good and basic plumbing work. You must have experience of working as a Multi tradesperson, previous social housing experience would be beneficial with good time management skills. A plumbing background would be highly advantageous. Due to the nature of the role any offer will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

• Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 plus company van
