Due to their continued progress and development they are seeking to employ an Operations Manager for their site in Wellingborough, Northants.

Working Hours

Duties Will Include

Solving business challenges and strategic issues effectively
Oversee production planning and management activities
Plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum performance
Develop the production plan, budget and timelines
Responsible for the estimating, design, production, stock control, waste management, transport and goods inwards
Identifying skills gaps in the current workforce
Accountable for the safety, training and development of employees
