CSS are currently seeking to recruit an Operations Team Leader to join our clients team on a permanent basis located in Braintree, Essex.
In this key role you will be responsible for leading the team within your department to achieve excellent service levels.
Take responsibility for the department you are running during your shift
Review existing processes and seek new solutions for changing requirements
Ensure the Front Line Managers and Account Managers are kept appropriately up to date with all customer and staff matters
Ensure that you and all your staff are aware of and adhere to the company Health & Safety Policy and to pro-actively manage its implementation and maintenance
Recognise good performance and provide regular updates to your team
Positively promote the company values and deal with negative behaviour and poor performance promptly, as per company guidelines
Ensure housekeeping standards are always maintained.
Work with other areas of the business to improve relationships and efficiencies
