​CSS are currently seeking to recruit an Operations Team Leader to join our clients team on a permanent basis located in Braintree, Essex.

In this key role you will be responsible for leading the team within your department to achieve excellent service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the department you are running during your shift

• Review existing processes and seek new solutions for changing requirements

• Ensure the Front Line Managers and Account Managers are kept appropriately up to date with all customer and staff matters

• Ensure that you and all your staff are aware of and adhere to the company Health & Safety Policy and to pro-actively manage its implementation and maintenance

• Recognise good performance and provide regular updates to your team

• Positively promote the company values and deal with negative behaviour and poor performance promptly, as per company guidelines

• Ensure housekeeping standards are always maintained.

• Work with other areas of the business to improve relationships and efficiencies

Pay Rate

£10.56 per hour
