An interesting and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Packing Hall Manager to oversee a soft fruit packing hall in a modern facility in Dundee on a permanent basis.

 As the Packing Hall Manager, you will be responsible for management the soft fruit packing operation which will include training and supervising up to 50 staff during soft fruit season between May - October. You will also be responsible for maintaining and implementing the BRC food processing systems and provide evidence of this during BRC audits when required.

 You should have previous experience working in a similar role, with experience in working on food processing lines and using off and in line labelling and printing systems. You should also have excellent management and communication skills.

Salary

£30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
