​Our client is a global market leader of Fresh and Frozen produce, due to their increasing demand, growth, and development they are seeking to employ a Packing Planner for their site in Boston.

Training will be initially at the Kings Lynn site however, once trained mainly based at the Boston site. Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence to be able to work on both sites.

Salary

Up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience

Duties To Include

• Proactively communicate the weekly plans and all subsequent changes to the plan to all stakeholders

• To balance stock levels and workload across all available resources

• To be reactive to changing situations caused by unplanned downtime, variations to customer demand and material availability

• Highlight opportunities and risks to customer availability

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Experience & Skills

• Experience of using Microsoft Office applications

• Experience of SAP or similar MRP systems

• Experience of production planning in a food manufacturing environment

• Supply chain experience including purchase orders, buying, negotiation with suppliers
