​Our client is a leading independent contract packaging company located just outside of Kings Lynn, due to their continuous growth and development they are seeking to employ a Production & Maintenance Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible.

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday

• 7am – 6pm

• The ideal candidate needs to be flexible and willing to put in some extra hours in if required

Duties To Include

• Understand how all machinery operates and plan preventative maintenance requirements for all machinery and equipment

• Ensure that the engineering workshop and store is kept neat and tidy

• Be present and observe all activities on the shop floor and look out for possible issues

• Assist with the day to day production requirements and liaising with Operations Director on continuous development of efficiencies in the factory and ensuring quality is not compromised

• Liaising with the Sales Team to achieve agreed production plan and ensure all operational requirements are prepared and available for production startup and associated paperwork

• Maintaining regular contact with other departments throughout the day regarding matters relating to customer requirements, sales order processing, customers’ stock and consumables
