​We are currently recruiting for a leading Fresh & Frozen food production company based in Kings Lynn, due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Production Line Team Leader to start as soon as possible. This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.

Duties To Include

• Communicating and supervising a production line to meet targets for safety, efficiency, quality, and hygiene

• Evaluating and encouraging staff members and colleagues

• Checking machinery is always working efficiently and safely

• Ensuring that production processes are in line with company regulatory requirements

• Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations

• Ensuring products and packaging are correct and comply to company standards

• Ensure production line is running smoothly and efficiently

About The Role

• Friendly and family run business

• Monday to Thursday, 6:45am – 7pm

• Salary increasing after training and probationary period
