Our client a well established food manufacture is looking for several Production Team Leaders to work at their site in Colchester, Essex on a permanent basis.

As the Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising operatives on the packing line. This will include checking that production is on target, motivating staff, completing paperwork and ensuring all staff are trained and adhering to H & S. This will be a hands on role and at times you will be expected to work on the line as well as having flexibility with working various shifts.

You should have previous experience working within a similar role in a food manufacturing company, ideally with fruit experience and having worked on production lines. Your own transport is essential due to the location of the site. 

• Negotiable depending on experience

• Working Hours – Flexibility is the key as you will be required to work various shifts which will include evenings and weekends
