​A successful and reputable M&E contractor who focus on residential projects are looking to recruit a Project Director to manage multiple projects throughout London on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities will include:  

• Planning of the project

• Project Coordination

• Managing the supply chain and dealing with contractors

• Being involved in the cost control, cash flows, valuations and up until the final account preparation and handover

You should have previous experience in a similar role or at an Operations Manager level looking for the next step up. You should hold extensive experience with M&E related residential projects.

Salary: £80,000 – £120,000
