This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of projects, work within a supportive team, and progress their career with a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of multiple construction projects

• Oversee subcontract procurement and account management

• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Work closely with site and project teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and main contractors

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

• Strong commercial and contractual awareness

• Ability to manage projects independently

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop within a growing company

Salary

£60,000 - £75,000 per annum
