​Our client is a leading and prestigious manufacturing company based near Downham Market.

Due to their continued growth and development they are seeking to employ a Quality Control Manager on a permanent basis.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday

• 8am – 5pm

Duties & Responsibilities Include

• Work closely with the Technical & Operations department to identify key areas and constraints in the current QC processes

• Identify and action quality checkpoints within each area of warehousing and production

• Conduct regular training sessions with the workshop teams

• Create and implement a ‘standards’ document to be utilised in onboarding, ongoing training, and auditing processes

• Be the internal contact for Quality issues raised from Project Management and sales
