An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, focused individual to join our Norfolk & Suffolk Team. We are looking for a determined and confident sales consultant to be based within our Kings Lynn branch to develop the business across our East Anglian branches.

The Role

• Promoting CSS services to new customers

• Building strong business relationships with potential and existing customers

• Developing warm leads in to business opportunities

• Identifying clients’ needs

• Booking meetings with potential clients to discuss recruitment and training solutions

• Establishing yourself within a highly competitive market

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPI and revenue targets

Skills & Attributes

• Ability to demonstrate ambition, drive and tenacity

• A proven track record in recruitment or a business to business sales background

• Target driven & motivated

• Excellent communication skills

• A proactive approach to work

• Ability to liaise with all levels of management

• Strong influence , persuasion and negotiation abilities

• A full driving license and own transport is essential

Salary

Basic salary depending on experience, combined with an attractive commission structure
