​We are currently recruiting for a global market leader of fresh and frozen produce, due to their demand, growth, and development they are seeking to employ a Repack Shift Team Leader to start as soon as possible at their Boston site.

Working Hours

• Rotational shifts

• 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm & 10pm - 6am

Duties To Include

• Lead, inspire and motivate a multi-disciplined team in the day-to-day shift activities throughout the packing operation

• Provide hands on leadership to develop and raise the capability of the team

• Ensure teams are briefed regularly and are fully aware of the sire standards, procedures, plans and line performance

• Planning, monitoring and appraising performance through, coaching, counselling, and managing team members

• Resolving personnel problems by investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending actions

• Build a health and safety culture to promote ownership of the health and safety within the operation

• Champion a culture of continuous development of the team through communication, training and coaching

• Collaborate with other departments to support the delivery of the production plan against the budgeted targets and volumes

• Analyse performance information and communicate this information to the team to continuously identify ways to improve systems and reduce costs
