We are recruiting for one of our clients who are a main Decent Homes Contractor.

They require a Resident Liaison Officer to work on a decent homes project that covers properties in North London including Barnet, Enfield and Southgate.

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be working towards minimising disruption to residents, booking in appointments, dealing with complaints and issues, maintaining property information, occasionally conducting surveys, gaining access to units and establishing relationships with all parties to ensure a smooth process during projects. You will also be building great communications between the site team, residents and the clients at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work on own initiative and as a team

• Ability to work outside in a construction environment with an appreciation of on-site operations

• Strong computer literacy skills

• Valid UK Driving License

Salary

£29,000 - £34,000 per annum
