Our client is a leading and prestigious musical instrument manufacturer located in Kings Lynn. To accommodate an existing member of staffs, request for reduced hours, who is working towards their retirement potentially within the next 2 years, they are seeking to employ a Part Time Sales and Office Administrator.
The company is very flexible with the hours however, ideally looking for someone to work 5 hours each day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday initially and then once the staff member retires fully, 5 hours Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week.
Duties To Include
Processing sales orders and card payments from customers
Booking couriers for collections, using DHL or UPS online booking
Carrying out some purchase ledger
Answering telephone and monitoring emails
General administration to include, filing, typing and post
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Previously administration experience
Previous Sage 50 Cloud experience preferable
The role is temporary on going, potentially leading to permanent for the right candidate.
