Main Duties
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify opportunities to cross-sell hardware and software products to clients
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to develop new business opportunities
Keep up to date with industry developments and maintain a good knowledge of our products
Recruit, train and manage a team of sales professionals
Set and track sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them
Person Specification
Proven track record within a B2B commercial EV sector (desirable but not essential)
Understanding of EV monetisation software and the ROI it can bring commercial clients
Can demonstrate cross selling strategies
Experience of working in a team and be a dedicated team player
Confident and experienced negotiator with motivation to generate new business and drive revenue
Ambitious and driven personality with hunger for success
To have a proven track record of achieving sales targets which can be demonstrated
