​Our client is a leading and well-established manufacturing company based in Kings Lynn. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Setter Supervisor to start as soon as possible.

Working Hours

• Days, 6am – 6pm, Monday to Friday (Friday, 4pm finish)

• Nights, 6pm – 6am, Monday through to Thursday night

Salary

£13.75 per hour, 40 hours per week

This is a permanent role.

Duties To Include

• To give help and guidance to all production staff to enable them to perform their roll to the best of their ability

• Operates to achieve the schedule as agreed at shift handover

• Set tools quickly and efficiently according to the schedule

• Ensuring that all operators machine areas are correctly organised, safe and tidy

• Quality checks to be carried out

• Improvement of efficiencies throughout the factory

• Attending & contributing to daily production meetings when necessary in the absence of the Senior Supervisor & Technician

• Ensuring that all factory equipment is in good working condition and in accordance with health and safety standards

• To communicate with the Production Manager in the absence of the Senior Supervisor & Technician

• Report and attend grievance & disciplinary meetings & investigations
