Key Requirements

• SMSTS Certification

• Black CSCS Card

• Checkable employment references

• Full UK Driving Licence preferred, as travel between London-based sites may be required

• Previous roofing project experience would be advantageous; however, applicants with a strong track record of successfully managing construction sites and coordinating day-to-day site operations are encouraged to apply

The Successful Candidate Will

• Demonstrate proven experience in site management within the construction industry

• Have excellent leadership and organisational skills

• Be confident in managing subcontractors, site activities, and project programmes

• Maintain exceptional health and safety standards at all times

• Be committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum
