​A long established and successful M&E contractor who focus on residential projects are looking to recruit a Technical Director to manage and develop the technical department out of their offices in London on a permanent basis.

As the Technical Director you will be the technical expert within the higher management team and will be responsible for managing the performance and development of the Technical Department, supporting the Company’s bid proposals and heading the design review on complex projects through the different stages.

You should have previous experience in a similar role with extensive experience with M&E related residential projects.

Salary: £80,000 – £120,000
