We are recruiting for a well-established medium sized contractor based in Brentwood, Essex. They specialise in high-end bespoke houses in Essex and the Home Counties.

They require a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Brentwood, Essex. This is an immediate start for the right candidate.

This is a growing company, looking for the right person that they can train up and be with them for many years. They are a really good company to work with and have some great projects.

Requirements

• Computer literate, experience with excel, word and outlook

• Ability to use own initiative and work without supervision at times

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to build excellent relationships with both clients and sub-contractors

• Some level of experience working in the construction industry

This is a full-time permanent position.

Salary

Up to £30,000 per annum
