​CSS are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Braintree.

CSS is a family driven company that has been operating for 28 years. The successful candidate will be joining our busy and successful Industrial team, who deal with temporary placements. No recruitment experience is required for this role, we will fully train you in house.

Main Duties Will Include

• Calling CV’s and the extensive database

• Liaising with visitors in our reception area

• Interviewing candidates

• Answering incoming phone calls

• Data entry

• Reference checking candidates

• Sourcing and placing candidates into roles
