​A busy and well-established Social Housing Refurbishment Contractor are looking to add a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer to their team covering the Wandsworth and Lambeth areas on a permanent basis.

This role is very customer facing and will be working with a Senior Resident Liaison Officer. You will be working in the externals department who deal with roofing, windows and brickwork repair work. You will be regularly visiting tenants to establish and resolve any problems and keeping them fully informed with the work being carried out at all times.

You should have some experience working in a customer service / care related roles within the housing sector. You should be organised, have good IT skills and confident in liaising with tenants and clients.

Salary

£20,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience
