​We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who are a Decent Homes Contractor.

They require a Trainee Resident Liaison Officer to work on a decent homes project that covers properties in Kensington and Chelsea.

This role is very customer facing and will be working with a Senior Resident Liaison Officer. You will be regularly visiting tenants to establish and resolve any problems and keeping them fully informed with the work being carried out at all times.

You should have some experience working in a customer service / care related roles within the housing sector. You should be organised, have good IT skills and be confident in liaising with tenants and clients.

Salary

£20,000 – £25,000 per annum, depending on experience
