​CSS Recruitment are looking for a reliable and hardworking Van Driver for a full-time, permanent role based in Norwich.

This is a great opportunity to join a busy, established team working with estate agency clients across the region. The role mainly involves putting up, maintaining, and servicing property advertising boards to a high standard.

Main Duties

• Installing, maintaining, and servicing property boards for estate agents

• Visiting around 40–60 properties a day, depending on workload and season

• Making sure all work is done safely and efficiently

• Using an online system and mobile app to plan routes, track jobs, and manage daily tasks

• Dealing with clients and members of the public in a polite and professional way

• Keeping the company van clean and using equipment responsibly

Skills & Experience

• Practical DIY skills and hands-on experience

• Confident using hand tools

• Comfortable working at height and using ladders safely

• Good organisation and ability to work alone

• Able to use initiative and solve problems on the job

• Friendly, professional, and well-presented

• Good communication skills, including answering calls and dealing with clients

• Full, clean UK driving licence required

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• Around 7:00/8:00am to 4:00/5:00pm

Pay Rate

£12.71 per hour
