CSS Recruitment & Training are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy clients teams around the Braintree area.

Working Hours

• 6am – 3pm

• 7am – 4pm

• Flexible options including day, night, and weekend shifts also available

Role Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Working on production lines to assemble, inspect, and package goods

• Loading and unloading items safely while adhering to site health and safety guidelines

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Candidate Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items

• Previous warehouse or production experience is welcomed, though full training is provided for candidates new to the role

• Own transport desirable, public transport is available

• Good communication skills and a team player mindset

Immediate starts with both temporary and permanent positions available.

Pay Rate

£12.71 – £13.08 per hour
